Venue: 大悲殿 (Hall of Great Mercy) Vihara Suwarnadwipa

The celebration was successfully held at Vihara Suwarnadwipa, attended by Buddhists from cities in North Sumatra - Medan, Berastagi, Kabanjahe, Tebing Tinggi, and Pematang siantar. Worshippers commemorate the Great Vow of Bodhisattva GuanYin to release all sentient beings in the universe from suffering. A great number of participants joined the retreat by staying overnight @tamansimalem and had a great time participating in activities that include Dhamma discourse around evening bonfire, morning yoga, Sutra Recitation while enjoying the magnificent view of the breathtaking Lake Toba.
